Processing Time

  • Please remember, shipping time does not include processing time!
  • The time it takes to fill an order varies between 1-14 business days (Monday-Friday). The shipping carrier will take it from there. We have no control over the shipping speed as soon as the package is out of our hands.

Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and we may not be able to change it.
  • If your order gets redirected back to us due to an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at contact@colormepraise.com. The customer will be responsible for any reshipment shipping fees.
  • Route Package Protection is an added layer of protection to your order which insures replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. By unselecting it, you are opting out of this premium feature.
  • Without Route Package Protection, items marked “delivered” by the postal service are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.

Customs and Import Taxes

  • The customer is responsible for all customs fees and import taxes. These fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
